Five-Prost

INDICATIONS:
- Cattle (cows and heifers):
+Enhances uterine contractions in cases of difficult labor and accelerates uterine recovery.
+For the treatment of retained placenta and endometritis (in combination with antibacterial drugs). Promotes regression of persistent corpus luteum and treats luteal cysts.
+Stimulates and synchronizes oestrus for breeding purposes.
-Mares: Stimulates oestrus and induces regression of the persistent corpus luteum.
-Dogs, cats:
+Used in combination for the treatment of chronic endometritis.
+Termination of an unintended pregnancy.
 
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE: Intramuscular injection (IM) or subcutaneous injection (SC).
-Cows:
+Dystocia: 2ml/400kg BW (adjust by ±0.3ml per 50kg increase or decrease).
+Ovarian dysfunction: 2ml, administer 3–3.5 days before breeding.
If no signs of estrus are observed, repeat the injection on day 11 after the first dose. After 3–3.5 days, perform breeding twice.
Sheep: 0.5 – 0.7ml
Mares: 1 ml. The best time for breeding time: 4–6 days after injection.
Dogs: 0.2 – 0.3ml
Cats: 0.1ml. Induction of abortion requires 3–5 injections at 12-hour intervals.
 
WITHDRAWAL TIMES: 1 day.
STORAGE: In a dry, cool place, below 30^oC.
