Five-Newcastle is freeze-dried live attenuated vaccine.
Manufactured from Newcastle virus (Mukteswar strain) cultivated in SPF chick embryonated eggs.
INDICATIONS:
Protection against Newcastle disease in healthy poultry over 60 days of age.
TARGET: chicken, turkey, quail, dove …
AGE OF ADMINISTRATION:
-Use vaccine for poultry from 60 days of age.
-Can be used for poultry from 45 days of age which has already vaccinated Five-LaSota HR, Five-
LaSota or Five-ND.IB vaccines.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
-Dissolve Five-Diluent.P with the vaccine as the following proportion: 0.5ml/dose
-Administration: subcutaneous or intramuscular injection.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not use the vaccine for unwell poultry, poultry under 45 days of age.
SHELF-LIFE:
18 months from the production date. (Shelf-life is only valid when the vaccine is stored under the
required conditions).
STORAGE:
2-80C. Avoid direct sunlight and factors those may inactivate virus.
NOTE:
- Do not use vaccines that are out of date, vaccine bottles that are cracked, broken, opened or exposed to sunlight, the vaccines are not preserved in required temperature.
- Only vaccinate for healthy poultry, avoid adverse weather conditions.
- To ensure high effectiveness of vaccines, vaccination program should be made depending upon passive antibody content.
- Vaccines have been opened must be used immediately within 2 hours.
- Used vaccine vials should be properly collected and destroyed to avoid spreading viruses to the environment.
