Five-LaSota HR

INDICATIONS:
Protect against Newcastle disease in healthy poultry.
Target: chicken, turkey, quail, dove…
 
AGE OF ADMINISTRATION
- Primary dose: 5-7 days of age.
- Booster dose: 18-21 days of age.
(The vaccination schedule can be adjusted according to local epidemiological characteristic.)
 
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
1. Intraocular/ Intranasal/ Intraoral
Drop directly the vaccine into the eyes, nose or mouth of poultry, 2 drops/bird.
 
2. Drinking water
+ Do not give poultry water at least 2 hours before giving the vaccine.
+ Clean vaccine mixing tools and drinking troughs with clean water without antiseptic.
+Use clean water sources, ensure standards, no disinfectant, no heavy metals to dilute vaccines.
+ Calculate the amount of clean water poultry can drink up within 1-2 hours. Add Five- Skim milk into water with amount of 3-5g/L of water. Dissolve the vaccine with the diluted Five-Skim Milk and stir well. -> có xuất Skim milk ko?
+ Divide the vaccine into drinking tools, place the drinking tools evenly to ensure all poultry are given the full dose of vaccine.
+ Clean drinking troughs and give poultry clean water without antiseptic after the vaccine runs out.
The amount of water mixed with vaccine for 1,000 chickens to drink within 2 hours:

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not use the vaccine for unwell poultry.
 
SHELF-LIFE AND STORAGE:
At 2-8⁰C: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
At temperature room (20-25⁰C): 30 days from manufacturing date.
(Shelf-life is only valid when the vaccine is stored under the required conditions)

NOTE:
- Do not use the expired vaccine, the vaccine bottles that are cracked, broken, opened or exposed to sunlight and are not preserved in required temperature.
- Only vaccinate healthy poultry, avoid adverse weather conditions.
- To ensure high effectiveness of vaccines, vaccination program should be made depending upon passive antibody content.
- Before use, the syringe and needle must be sterilized with boiling water (do not use antiseptic chemicals).
- Vaccines have been opened must be used immediately and used up within 2 hours.
- Used vaccine vials should be properly collected and destroyed correctly.
