Five-Azicin for pet

INDICATIONS:
-Specific for skin, soft tissue, respiratory, gastrointestinal, urinary, reproductive tract infections and with susceptible bacteria in dogs, cats, fighting cocks, ornamental birds.
-Treatment of Papillomatosis, Toxoplasmosis, blood parasites such as Babesia, Feline Bartonellosis.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
-Mix the vial of powder medicine with 18 ml of boiled and cooled water, then shake well to form an oral suspension. Each ml of the suspension contains 40 mg of Azithromycin dihydrate.
Shake well before use.
-Dogs, cats: 1ml/4kg Bw/day
-Fighting cocks, ornamental birds: 1ml/2kg Bw/day
Duration: 7-10 consecutive days.
-In cases:
+For dogs and cats with Toxoplasmosis, administer for 4 consecutive weeks.
+For Feline Bartonellosis, administer for 21 consecutive days.

WITHDRAWAL TIMES:  Not applicable.

STORAGE: In dry, cool place, under 30^oC.
